CaneTalk: Version one is up

Version one is up

I plan on possibly adding a version 2 in the next few days. This is what people might be used to, but I want to make one that has links to the actual latest posts. However, it is a bit more challenging to code than this version. If I can't easily create the second version without having too much extra code run, I'll just use this version and rename it to rss.xml.
