found a link for all states - TX has it for clothing & backpacks at back-to-school time and enegy star products Memorial weekend, but not hurricane supplies. I avoid the stores like the plague at back to school time - it's jammed
Looks like only Louisiana and Virginia have tax-free hurricane supplies
