| Joe Bastardi is nothing but a weather quack. To say elnino is here is an outright lie, a few little spots of warming is hardly an elnino. He is so cock sure a strong elnino is coming that he is jumping in with both feet & saying it is here already. What is he going to say if it never pans out? Blame NOAA we were just following what they were projecting. |
