What is a "Code Red"?

I've looked everywhere and don't seem to see a "Code Red" on the NHC website. I do however see a watchbox colored red that indicates a greater than 50% chance of system formation.
Unless "Code Red" is an official warning published by the NHC, I suggest we stick to non-sensationalistic posts. |
