Sorry, I didn't word my question right. I am wondering what is the ACTUAL WATER TEMPS in FAHRENHEIT degrees to be neutral. Then I know from that point we subtract or add the degrees to find out if we are in EL nino or La nina based on how long the ssts remain at that temp.
