This is where the LLC is, albeit small.

Small convective clusters are firing close by.

Don't pay attention to the large cell to the NE.

A good concentration of high theta-e boundary layer air here.

Air is unstable.  LI is -5 to -6 near the LLC.

Shear is less than 10 knots.

Core is warm.

This will develop.
