Can't discount it. And this system would have its roots in 97L, because thats where the bulk of the energy comes from. So despite the pronounced shear and hostile conditions, a system with its origins in 97L, may in fact see some development, and is set for a run up the east coast. Waiting to see actually what flower blooms from that seed. |
