Small sun spot gone

With the SOI flat lined--slightly falling and the small sun spot gone . . . there are a couple of invests in the WPAC and that's it.  Solar winds are slowly falling and under 500km/sec and the xray activity has flat lined.

Slightly over 7% of the season is gone on July 31.  The quiet start continues and again with the spotless run of days similar to 1913, the quiet season of 1914 has to be your control.  Electrically, we still have about two weeks for the peak of the global electrical circuit starts to play IMHO through the early fall.  It's going to be very interesting to watch.

Also ENSO SSTs are slightly warm anomaly but winds SOI have been slightly positive.

Finally also in watching the EPAC the same gap of convection near the delta of the dammed river by the dam El Cajan is gone and more normal monsoonal patterns exist.  This is just by my observation, so take it for what it is worth and its consistancy with summer releases of water.
