Erika Flaring Strong Again

| Very nice recovery from this morning's core collapse. Anti-cyclone slightly to the SW of the COC. MIMIC-TPW coming back strong. I hope this doesn't connect up to the EPAC. Boundary layer needs to cool off just a bit. Stay tuned.      |
