Something in the BOC

Some LL vorticity looks to be moving into the water. Pressure low at the BOC buoy. Convection flaring. Looks like some of it is suface MCS but could be transitioning to a TC-type. Good UL High clearly seen on WV. In fact an anti-cyclone is just south of the convective flare. Steering has it pushing NNW into the water.       |
