Interaction with 99L

It will be interesting how this will interact with 99L.
One of these will win for the juice from the ITCZ and end up cutting off the other.
Right now to me, based on the strength of the Anti-cyclone over this wave and the fact that the 850mb vorticity is not that strong for 99L; this wave may win out and choke off 99L.
Too bad NRL stat links are down and I can't get latest cloud-tops and rain-rates.
