Potential for worst flooding since Mitch

The very slow track of our depression (which on microwave looks to be a very strong TS with the well-defined eye), is almost certain to produce very severe flooding.

Rainfall totals over 20 inches are likely for Nicaragua and Honduras. This may bring about the worst flooding since Mitch. The EPAC disturbance may further complicate things if it moves north as that would mean additional rainfall

Based upon the microwave eye, even though I peaked the intensity at 55KT in the morning forecast, hurricane is a distinct possibility (maybe even a probability)
