Strong Extra-tropical storm (Ida) on track for Northern Gulf Coast

Still think the forecast track was too far east, and I see the Ida system bringing its main effects (wind and tide) very near the mouth of the Miss River and extreme SE La (Plaquemines and ST. Bernard Parish) and then especially onto the Miss Gulf Coast. It doesn't look like it will be tropical per se, but it will be a significant system bringing tidal surges and wind along the SE La. Miss and Al coasts. Looks to me like Miss Coast might take the brunt of it.
