Well, with El Nino being an oscillator, it will obviously swing back.
I think this winter will see an above average snow pack across the CONUS.
This could lead in the spring to some very strong negatively tilted shortwaves and some major tornado outbreaks.
Could see some early season TCs in the GOM.
Cape Verdes will depend alot on SAL.
If TC's do make it to the 50-yard line, I think they will have a better chance to crank up since the Atlantic Walker cell should not be as strong in '10 as compared to '09.
Too far out in the latter part of the season to make any comments or perdictions.
