Chris looks like you have a hibiscus wondering Jew I believe I also see banana trees and as you said Frangipani. My sister has a hibiscus that freezes each winter and comes back each spring. As for the others we have them here they all seem to come back. My neighbor has a Frangipani that she had always covered, the last three years she did not cover it, this year she did I think your plants will make it.
I may have lost two 2 Loquats and a palm tree they look awfully sad. Plants in house should make it. Hopefully the ones in the garage will also survive.
