Cold Weathe Chills Crawfish Season

The high price and small size make this one of the worst early seasons that I can remember. I'm not a big crawfish eater (but usually like to have a first taste around Mardi Gras), but Mardi Gras has come and gone, and I've opted to wait for the peak of the season (from about Good Friday-Easter Sunday) towards early May. Now if I was a real crawfish fanatic (like many) neither price nor small size would have prevented me from sampling a few mudbugs. The article about the cold, crawfish farming as opposed to "wild" crawfish from the Atchafalaya Basin, and the influx of frozen Chinese crawfish.
