Like conservative republicans consitently say "It'll take another attack on America to get them to realize theres a problem with terrorists" the same holds true for them. "It'll take another series of wild extreme weather events and heatwaves to remind them of AGW".

What happens or is there stance when the AO goes anomously postive? What happens when the sun reaches it's maximum in the coming years of this coming solar cycle peak? What happens if the ice cap melts even further next year? Are they going to just start talking about cycles again? And then if the AO goes really negative the year after they're gonna say it's all bogus like they did this year? Yes, they will.

It's a cold day in hell when people are deciding if they believe in something dependent upon their political affiliation with no background core knowledge to understand how it works. Some people really think it's colder in winter because we're further away from the sun. And they're the same ones telling you AGW doesn't exist.
