"'You can't hide a space launch,' Payton said. 'The main thing we want to emphasize is the vehicle itself, not so much what's going on during the on-orbit experimental phase. The vehicle itself is the piece of news here.'"

Yep, they wouldn't be talking about the launch if they didn't have to.

It might be close enough to dark to see it. I'm going to go outside and see if I see it from my house in Tampa. I always forget to try and see the various rocket launches so I'm not sure if it can be seen or not from a long distance. The sun will be setting at 7:52 at Kennedy Space Center, the exact time the 9 minute launch window opens. On my side of the state the sun sets at 7:59. It might just make for a great launch with the sun reflecting on it as it climbs against a mostly dark sky.
