That is what NHC's last update for 90E was.

Not very strong steering, so could drift around for the next few days.

If the Rex Block moves out of the way, fronts could start moving across CONUS and then pull 90E north or northeast.

It is a wait and see right now.

A LARGE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER CENTERED A FEW HUNDRED MILES SOUTH
OF EL SALVADOR IN CENTRAL AMERICA REMAINS DISORGANIZED. HOWEVER...
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS APPEAR TO BE FAVORABLE FOR SOME
DEVELOPMENT AS THE DISTURBANCE DRIFTS TOWARD THE NORTHWEST
DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO. THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO
PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS AND FLOODING OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
AMERICA DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS.  THERE IS A MEDIUM CHANCE...30
PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
