That with the flattening and weakening of the TUTT in the NW Carribean, that an anti-cyclone or Upper Level High Pressure has developed over the W Carribean (toward the south in the Bay of Columbia). Thus the T-Storms and area of disturbed weather at the surface are well ventilated and this might be an area to keep an eye on.
