to be honest, this is a big problem this season and this hurricane season is going demand total attention from most people concerned on the spill and it's effects on the Gulf Coast... I think there will be a bigger interest in tropical events in that region than you have seen since... Andrew or Twister first came out and every kid became a wanna be weather chaser...
I think despite the hype that will occur the benefits outweigh anything we can imagine if somehow people can understand the interplay between pollution and the tides and weather and how it all works in tandem
a sort of seachange in public opinion and respect for the fury of nature and anger over man's own hand in how we have helped create a disaster
hard to release models with some possible storm banging on the door of Deep Water Horizon and other wells
