It may need a couple more updates to say for sure.
That is a big jog.
But I have seen it before on MIMIC.
It is like all of a sudden the core rotation snaps back.
Maybe an effect with land interaction; i.e. surface wind friction.
Much along the lines when land interaction triggers an EWRC.
