Being that West Texas is land-locked (minus where the Rio Grande still flows; think El Paso) I can say with absolute certainty Alex will not make landfall in West Texas.
Coastally and generally speaking, it's South Texas, the Coastal Bend, and the Upper Texas Coast. North Texas and Central Texas aren't on the coast. |
