Miracle ship?

Now here's a bit of very hopeful news on the oil spill front for a change. This humongous skimmer/tanker was due at the spill site tomorrow (Monday 6/28). Don't know what's going on with the approval process, nor how Storm Alex may influence the path of the ship, but if this is a go I don't see how it could fail to make a significant difference:
