Franklin is on TWC giving the NHC info and explaining they won't get data from the plane to upgrade the storm by the 8pm. Okay, if he says so. He would know. I just find it hard to believe this storm is not a hurricane, minimal hurricane... w/o confirmation from recon.
Looks better than it has in ages, better than many others. Really quite beautiful.
Not complaining on TWC, they have done a nice job with this storm with their new specialist :)
Just don't see how the NHC has to say they are waiting for recon rather than just not saying anything.
Think they should have just let it spin a bit and explained how totally beautiful it is..
