Unfortunately they need time to prepare to go out. The NHC canceled today's 95L missions at 12Z...

They are focusing on 96L for tomorrow, if needed.
If 95L showed some really significant signs of organization, then on occasions in the past they have rushed getting a mission, but we're probably not talking about much of a storm that would come from 95L in the northern Gulf so I doubt they would do that. |
