Squashed Core

Looks like the core is abnormally low in the troposphere.

Usually would sit 8 to 14 km.

Could be due to higher O3 levels in the tropopause.

This is inhibiting expansion and heating of the core.

Need to watch the convection to see if it can heat and lift the core via latent heat transfer.
