Was just looking at that, it also has the position of the ULL  in 24-36 hours around 87W while the NHC forecast position of TD3 is between 80 and 82W.  Just might get the separation to lessen the shear.  Also the  flow around the TUTT to it's east and any upper ridge that is trying to form above it may enhance ventilation.  Could get interesting;)
