Concerning New Orleans, I did actually blame the government! As for Texas, I blame the media for totally disregarding the destruction caused by these two storms, and the government definatly let us down in many ways. Although that still doesn't change the fact that victims of Rita and Ike went through just as much as Katrina victims did!  BUT 3 and 5 years later, we have recovered and surpassed far greater than ever expected, and I for one am proud of our recovery!!!  I still say I am sick and tired of hearing about New Orleans... If you want to call it whining.... SO BE IT!!!
