I think it is the high pressure system that is sitting over NC-- as in over your head Bobbi.
Case is-- will it be fast to move out over the ocean or slow-- makes a difference to Earl--and whether he comes a'callin' or not.
And no tooties into the water too deep-- rip currents at the beach. We don't want to lose our Bobbistorm!! |
