THE FAA/NWS SAN JUAN (TJUA) WSR-88D DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO A FAILED ENCODER IN THE ELEVATION UNIT OF THE RDA.
