I thought the hurricane magnet on top of Berwick Bay's house was permanently destroyed.

Maybe Earl will tear through some high pressure readings, but I doubt it, the models are probably going with the data that gets put into the computers from the drop sondes.  

The NHC is probably trying not to ruin everyone's parades planned.
