| But surely ya'll remember T.S. Allison about 10 years ago? she made it ashore around houston, then go blocked by a high- thus dumping about 50 inches of rain in SE Tx. for 4 days! It was only a T.S.- but they are so damaging due to the amount of rain. I remember seeing 18 wheelers floating down I-10 in downtown houston....... |
