Verizon + Android

| Verizon has the best all over signal. I have only lost a signal once, deep in Denali Nat'l Park, AK. The Android is great, very intuitive. My wife just got the Droid X and it is awesome. I can look at CaneTalk, and Jim's HC updates on YouTube. It also has the best app ever for Wx Geeks: My Cast (http://www.digitalcyclone.com/products/mobile-my-cast/). It has the NHC storm advisories, 5 day cone, watches/warnings, and satellite. It also is the only app where the forecast is the actual NWS forecast. Weather Bug Elite is also a good app with the best radar (street level zoom) and it will notify you for selected area watches/warnings. |
