They'll be an intermediate advisory at 2AM EDT, so they'll lower it some then. 66 knots actually measured by dropsonde, so they would not go any lower than 70 knots probably. And even then I'm not sure they would drop it down 15 knots. They might go 75 knots and assume there is some higher wind.
