I'm not going to go back and look but there was that one where there were yellow circles everywhere and nothing formed...
as for online chatter.... there is nothing the NHC watches or does that the TWC doesn't do and the NWS doesn't do and online boards don't do... we are all looking at the same sites, same models, same recon info...
online chatter is just a reflection of chatter offline...generated by the same models, whether they are crazy models or those want to verify
nothing new under the sun... and the NHC has put up most of their newer stuff online making it accessible to any wannabe weather person which has I think is wonderful... allows young kids who are interested in weather to learn more, follow faster and possibly go into meteorology as a career as it no longer is all done behind smoke and mirrors |
