To tell you the truth, I see the distrubance as a manifestation of Matthew.
Actually, Matthew was in a large part generated from Igor's outflow.
The large area of mid-level water vapor left by Igor was able to heat up over a period of days from solar heating and latent heating.
That in turn created a mid-level warm core and vorticity that finally worked its way to the surface in the west Carib and spun-up as Matthew.
Much the same process is going on now with Matthew's outflow.
However, there is the monsoonal gyre currently in effect in the region.
It is a very broad CCW circulation that is creating LL vorticity spin-offs from Matthew and circulating back into the Bay of Honduras.
So, in a large part this is the remnants of Matthew.
