I have noticed one important factor with all the storms especially this year and that is timing. We have the trough moving into the south and if it was earlier it could have pulled Richard up faster to the north. This morning the clouds are moving very fast here in south east TN. There's a lot of spin in the atmosphere to the leading trough which could possible pull Richard more north. Richard seems to already begun to make a WNW turn. What is the timing that would prevent him from making a NW turn? Could the storm start to take a more eastward track today or will it just head for the nearest land. I see the potential today for much improved development. To many factors with timing this year just don't add up, or its just a lucky year for the conus. |
