Outflow Jet ready for Tomas

If Tomas decides to sober up, a very nice UL Jet is running from the FL Straits across north of PR into the open ocean.

This would create an enhanced poleward outflow channel and Tomas could ramp fast.

All depends if the convective cap gets broken.

Watching for a strong hot-tower to snap him in place.
