Local mets are discarting any effects, except for one, which in my opinion is the most prudent. She is focusing on the GFS and the posibility that the low does not take Tomas completly after its passsing Haiti / DR, stalls it to our NW, and then we may have a big rain event and maybe some TS winds. |
