What I do is once the plow makes a pass, I go to the end of the driveway and push as much as I can back into the street.
The plow comes by three or four times and pushes it away.
That way I don't have the mound-from-hell at the end of the driveway and have to hand carry shovel-by-shovel the compacted heavy crap off to the side.
