| I was lucky where I am. There are reports coming in of widespread damage and our mets in Chattanooga are talking about straight line winds and possible tornado's. They also mentioned again of Gravity Wave winds. This storm formed real fast like within 15 minutes thats not normal for us. My ears were popping as I headed for the basement but saw no wall cloud. We had torrential rain like tropical, just plain weird the way it intensified so fast. I was watching the radar just before the storm hit and it grew so fast. My weather tones didn't go off either on my weather radio. |
