Hello Fred. Your post got lost in the shuffle...so a belated thanks - I love the old black and white stuff...I was a teenager when black and white made the slow move to color (1960s)
And speaking of color....oh my - the "color commentary" in those days - what a hoot!
On the bummer side....I remember watching the evening news in black and white...every week a total, year after year with the casualty count from the Vietnam War. I swear, I remember thinking then...with the losses the enemy was taking - how long until they run out of people!"
We killed millions.....but they kept coming and kept coming....God what an insane war.
Well....you had to be there to appreciate it.
Anyway....always love your goodies from the past. You're going to end up with a "weather museum" before long!
