When the Prime Minister of Japan goes on to say that "Country facing most difficult crisis since World War II" I don't think he is speaking about a really bad earthquake, off shore a part of Japan that is not as densely populated as Tokyo.
He is obviously talking about the meltdownS of the reactorS
