Holy crap, he is coming up with two possible scenarios:

1) Meltdown. Fuel falls to floor, reacts with concrete and generates hydrogen. Explodes containment. Fuel is released out of containment leading to steam explosion. AKA China Syndrome.

2) Fuel and debris settle on bottom of pressure vessel. Goes critical. I think we all know what that means.
