I first used Skype (and registered for skype) in Japan... so my acc't is forever linked as a Japanese account (and yes, that does provide a few headaches). Full text is below (google has a good translator, I'm posting text (fingers crossed) to prove I'm not lying, but I did remove the voucher code)... and my Japanese is spotty, but it seems like they're giving a voucher to contact landlines (good enough for 25 minutes) or send text msg's to every Japanese account so people can say they're ok, which is a great idea. Chris... we'll find out if your forum likes Japanese characters !
