No, they couldn't get low enough, radiation too high.
Only one got some water on it.
They would almost need to be pouring constantly on this.
Still working on the power line.
But, if pumps, hydraulics, etc were damaged by quake, won't do much good.
Radiation will be too high to work around there anyway soon.
People get too close and they will drop dead within an hour.
