This is still something that is not comming out in MSM.
This is common knowledge in the Nuclear Industry.
The term is Embrittlement.
Nine-mile was built in 69.
Studies show neutron embrittlement of steel is worse than first thought for boiling water reactors.
They first thought it was only an issue for pressurized water reactors.
