Well I was accepted to Florida States Atmospheric Science dept for Graduate school but am still waiting to hear back from North Carolina. If all goes well, I should be in graduate school, but being that I went back to college when I was 22 and my entire family (including extended) made me feel like I was less than for not doing anything, it will be rewarding to finally graduate and have a degree. A degree I never imagined in a million years that *I* could get. I'm just tired, it's been a little over 5 years now and it's been brutal.
I'm probably not making much sense to you, lol but even though I still have more school to go through, having the satisifaction of graduating and having a degree will hopefully make me feel more enthused about school again. Our deptarment is very distinguished and is very difficult in material. Much of their undergraduate program is graduate level everywhere else; so it's been exhausting to say the least. At least in graduate school my main focus will be doing a reasearch thesis and I look foward to that very much. |
