Since the oil crisis in the seventies we have really done nothing but be more dependent on foreign oil. Until this country suffers enough nothing will ever really change for the better. The electric vehicles are nothing more than a one sided smoke screen for the same process we have been doing. The power to charge batteries still needs coal, oil or nuclear. The extra demand on our power stations for electric vehicles is going to put a heavy burden on our already taxed power grid.
Until we as a people get together in this country and demand drastic change it will always be the same. The voting process doesn't work unless your in bed with them. Our elected officials just lie so much that we just think it's normal, and thats the best we will get. |
